Clifford Craig fundraising team strides it out at Burnie 10 fun run

Last Sunday, 27 October, saw a strong team of Clifford Craig runners stride it out in the sunshine at the 40th Strait Link Burnie 10. As the event’s charity of choice, we raised close to $3,500 in donations for our vital healthcare and medical research work across the region. The Tasmanian Health Service also entered teams and fundraised for the Clifford Craig Foundation. We appreciate the support and the opportunity to live out our commitment to health advocacy.

Many thanks to: Fit n’ Kicking’s Coach Megs for setting us up with training tips, Fitzpatrick’s Pharmacy for donating sunscreen and Young’s Vegie Shed for donating fruit to re-energise fatigued runners at the finish line. Our highlights included Clifford Craig’s Events & Community Relations Manager, Beck, who shared a special moment with her son, Harry (19).

“The last time I ran the Burnie 10, Harry was in the pram,” she reminisced.
