Let’s Talk Devonport!
Bringing together lived experience and clinical expertise, the Clifford Craig Health Foundation will host a Let’s Talk Men’s Health event in Devonport on 25 November, offering an engaging and informative forum focused on prostate cancer, mental health and gut health.
Held in conjunction the Devonport Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the forum will feature a distinguished panel including prostate cancer survivor Andrew Leary, Tasmanian Digestive Centre Director Dr Albert Nwaba, Rural Alive and Well CEO Lee Whiteley, and Burnie GP Dr Sam Atkins. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the new centre at 75 Oldaker Street, Devonport.
Designed to encourage open and informed conversations about men’s health, the evening will explore issues that affect many individuals and families across our community.
Guests will hear a powerful personal story, gain practical insights from local health professionals and learn about the importance of early intervention, prevention and ongoing support.
It will run from 5.30pm to 7.30pm at a cost of $20, including canapes and beverage.

The Greatest Show on Earth comes to Launceston for one night only!
Come together for a night of fun and frivolity in support of the greatest cause; improving health outcomes in our region.
Live theatre entertainment by Encore Theatre Company including interactive side show alley on arrival - plus three-course meal, live auction and dance floor! Our charity ball is always a night to remember and this year’s theme is a guaranteed good time with our Ring Master of Ceremonies to be revealed as a surprise on the night. Don’t delay securing your ticket as this event will sell out quickly.
Dress code: Black tie with a touch of circus.
