Community Relations Lead – North West

The Clifford Craig Foundation is the leading charity dedicated to improving hospitals and patient care for communities across Northern and North West Tasmania. We fund medical research, equipment, education, and health-promotion initiatives - all directly enhancing patient care and health outcomes locally.

We’re looking for a Community Relations Lead – North West to strengthen our presence and impact in the region. This is a dynamic role for someone who loves building relationships, engaging communities, and creating meaningful partnerships.

What you’ll do

  • Drive community engagement and partnerships across the North West.

  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and health teams to promote local healthcare services.

  • Support and inspire volunteer groups.

  • Organise health forums, lectures, and events that educate and connect the community.

  • Grow philanthropic support to ensure better healthcare for everyone.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in community relations, stakeholder engagement, or partnerships.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Event coordination experience is a plus.

  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the region.

  • A positive attitude, sense of humour, and commitment to making a difference.
