All participants will be allocated a race bib.

If you register prior to 9am on Thursday, September 29 you will be able to collect your race bib from The Running Company on the Friday from 10am-5pm or Saturday from 10am-2pm (or on event day).

All registrations made after 9am Thursday, September 29 will need to pick up their bib on event day.

Whether you choose to run or walk the 5km circuit, all times will be recorded, with results published on our website that afternoon.

There is no cut-off time to complete this loop - so we encourage participants of all abilities to have a crack!

Some more information about the course and what to expect

We are vey lucky to be able to host our fun run/walk at the picturesque UTAS Stadium precinct.

The 5km loop starts at the back of Gate 10. This flat scenic course takes you along the North Esk River flood levee, past Churchill Park and through the lovely Heritage Forest.

The 800m kids event starts on the levee bank, and heads South behind the Australian School of Fine Furniture, and back again.

There are toilets on site and the course is wheelchair and pram accessible. Dogs are also welcome, on lead (and under control).

Water and some refreshments will be offered to all participants.

Parking and getting there

If you can get there by foot, we recommend it (why not get your steps in early). But there is also plenty of parking available on site at either the Inveresk Precinct car park or the Roundhouse car park at 14 Forster Street.

If catching public transport, use bus numbers 2, 6, 7 or 10 departing from St John St depot and ask the driver for the bus stop closest to UTAS Stadium.
