LGH welcomes new Chief Executive | Fiona Lieutier

Congratulations to Fiona Lieutier, who has been appointed as the Chief Executive for Hospitals North.

Fiona has been acting in this role since June 2023, and prior to that was the Chief Executive of Public Health Services.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fiona performed the role of Incident Controller for the Department of Health as well as the Emergency Commander position at the Department of Communities.

She also spent time as Director of the Tasmanian Government Radio Network, as well as a stint with Ambulance Tasmania.

Fiona has been acknowledged for her emergency response and collaborative leadership in both health and Tasmania Police portfolios and brings a wealth of senior leadership experience to the role.

We would like to welcome Fiona to the LGH. Pleasingly, she has also joined the Clifford Craig Foundation Board as a Non-Executive Director.
