What: Women’s health brunch, with Professor Cassandra Szoeke

When: Thursday, April 21

Where: Country Club Tasmania

Tickets: $55 for a long table brunch + mocktail on arrival

Have you ever wondered what the secret to healthy ageing is?

We've teamed up with the Bubble Launceston and are excited to bring women's health expert Professor Cassandra Szoeke to Tasmania for what promises to be an engaging 'long brunch'.

Join us for a networking event here we hear from Professor Szoeke, including insights from her latest book.

‘Secrets of Women’s Healthy Ageing’ draws on the findings of a unique clinical study that focused on the health of more than 400 women in their mid-to-late lives.

Findings cover brain, heart and gut health, diet, sleep, exercise and the benefits of socialising.

Importantly, they highlight how the results relate directly to women's wellbeing.

This promises to be an insightful networking event. Tickets include a mocktail on arrival plus a long table brunch.

Copies of Secrets of Women's Healthy Ageing will also be offered for sale on the day, with Professor Szoeke to hold a book signing at the conclusion of her talk.

Professor Szoeke is a professor of medicine, doctor, scientist and clinical researcher and an expert on women's health.

She is the Director of the Healthy Ageing Project at the University of Melbourne and has published hundreds of academic clinical publications.
